Day 36:
Dennis is still in Russia.
Tom told him not to come back without a signed deal.

The SEC Reg S-X 8K filing that was due Last Wednesday (10/4/2018) hasn't been filed.
DarkPulse did submit an 8K for the two convertible toxic notes they took out for $100,000 each in late September though.

Rumors circulate that Guides of New York (Dennis's tour guide company) is going to have to change their name to Guides of Russia.

The future is bleak.
