these weed stocks are mostly are cyclic and seasonal.

that's what makes them so profitable. They go back down so you can go back up again, and not wasting any time about it either.

Let's see if sellers can push it down to a $1 for us again. It hasn't been there for about 52 weeks. Previous low was about .90 last september.

There are more shares with each financing cycle so the range may be lower this next time. (it's not a coincidence that the stock goes up, the bought deal gets sold based on high pps, then the stock goes back down again... you'll trade these more profitably if you understand the financing cycle timing)

So yesterday they announce that new bought deal (right on time).

And, it looks like the latest promo is wearing off:

Those events should help to provide a nice low reentry, it's just a matter of "where's the bottom?" and "is the sector inflating or deflating?")

Imo, the sector is already deflating again, and the legalization bubble is as bubbled as it will get... but of course one never really knows.
(charts and pictures follow to illustrate all this)

If the sector cycle is in decline again, then I usually take a wait and see approach to determine what the new deflated valuations will be through the boring part of the cycle.

Keeping the company and the ticker separate;
On the fundies/story side of it they have close to a 100% increase in revenue for the quarter YoY, on a 50% increase in administrative costs. That's good.

Asset value has increased overall with a reduction in cash of about 16m and an increase in prop/plant/equip of about 30m.

The "at rest" valuation should be a little higher than the last time. We'll see what the market thinks as it settles in somewhere.
