Sounds like someone did not have their facts right, or referring to some litigation that was closed out long ago.

A lawsuit would be a matter of public record. There is no record of "any" current litigation against BBG, as confirmed by CEO.

If there is any "actual lawsuit" filed, I'd like to see a link, or copy of it. Not hearsay.
