Handl, it was always the plan to reduce SIAF's stake in TRW by 18.3% (Distribute half).

Which if followed, should result in $111M debt due to SIAF.

Never once did the company suggest that they would settle more debt and maintain a 36.6% stake after the distribution. Doesn't mean it can't happen. But it is very premature to conclude this.
