Could be you are right Driller. Could be that Nelson has visited their office and evaluated the situation. Maybe he talked with Paddy? Maybe Paddy is invested?

Lots of unknowns and the filings are a concern, but CGC lists Cabana as a brand they work with and the agreement between CGC and B4U has been found. There are several companies with 50/50 agreements similar to PLSB's discovered.

If Yates treats the stockholders properly he retires with lots of money and peace. If he fucks them over he will retire to jail.
