This means not only new Issues, but dilution too, which is what I had considered. If Helios dilutes under 2 cents Conversion Price adjusts likewise. Affects reserve share requirement in tandem. The 2 cents you state is from where/when? Assumption, or presumption, is, Helios did not or has not or will not dilute under 2 cents. It probably did, don’t you think?
