So i arrived Thursday night and looked around but didn't and couldn't see much in the dark. Every entrance was locked up pretty good and i found out why when i returned Friday morning. The gates were open and I drove into the yard and parked as close to the Five Star building as i could without blocking car and pickup traffic. The main entrance to the building doubles as the will call area for parts pickup. While i was there a few customers did come in to pickup parts. The inside of the Five Star parts building is the only portion of the yard i hadn't seen because my two previous visits had not been during business hours. I was pretty fired up to finally see it.

As i walked across the lot a very nice young guy walked half way over to me to ask if i was delivering, on account of i was in a big rig pulling a 53 foot trailer. I introduced myself and told him that no, i was a 665 shareholder and was stopping in on my way thru town from Los Angeles to New Jersey. I asked him if i could see the operation and meet some of the guys. I asked a couple of general questions he wasn't sure about and said let's ask Rich, the guy i could see from a distance who was in the entrance probably wondering what this dude in a big truck was doing.
