Lee says the company does not want any e-mails from the company posted anywhere else, like this message board. His replies now contain a message at the bottom saying e-mails from him are considered company documents are not to be distributed.

He feels the e-mails from the company that are re-posted here by people like me that also contain my opinion of the content are confusing investors and are a betrayal to the trust the company shows in sending the replies to investors questions.

This makes no sense to me since I clearly quote what is from the Auscrete e-mail and what is my opinion of the e-mail.

Most of us investors have the same questions, and it makes sense to me if you get a reply from the company on a question to post the information on a company investor message board. This saves the investor relations guy the trouble of having to answer the same question from 25 other people who could have just read the answer on this board.

So they don't want any company e-mails on this board, they don't want people speculating about what is going on, they want investors to only read official news from the company.

So lets summarize all the news that has come out officially from the company on the progress of the Goldendale plant, no speculation, no opinions.

1. Buy the land - Done, company blog post on April 8.

2. Complete plans for the plant and send the plans out for bid to contractors - Done, plans out of bid on April 7 according to the company blog.

3. Prepare and submit a building permit for the plant and get it approved by the city of Goldendale--No news on whether this has started or not.

4. Get bids from building contractors and negotiate a contract to build the plant that is within the company's budget for the plant.--No news on whether there has been any bids or even any replies from any contractors to the request for bid.

5. Get funding delivered to enable the construction of the plant - The RB Capitol funding expected to be delivered by late Aug / early Sept has been delayed. Last word from John was it was expected to be worked out by the end of September. No news on whether that happened.
