Revenue should include the season 2 episodes of "Llama Llama" (equivalent of 10 thirty minute episodes). It might include additional payment from Netflix for a second year of the first season of "Llama Llama". I would also expect a DVD set to be released and a pickup in merchandise licensing during 2019.

I'm not sure if payment for 21 episodes of season 1 of "Rainbow Rangers" will be included in revenue for 2019 or 2018 (payment is usually booked on delivery). Merchandising for "Rainbow Rangers" (RR) is supposed to start in Q3 (how much depends on if RR is a hit or not). I would also expect DVD/VOD revenue to start in late Q4, if there is a second season it will probably start in Q4 as well.

Overhead has been in the $5-$6 million a year range. Other expenses will be the costs for season 2 of "Llama Llama", probably costs of season 1 of RR and some of season 2 of RR, if there is one. If the share price rises drastically, the company may have to take a non-cash charge for options and warrants.

Edit
There was also talk of a spinoff show from RR, development costs may show up in 2019, if development takes place. There might also be additional revenue if GNUS finds more broadcasters around the world willing to buy RR.
