Assume you can do that-
You would have a forward view of the things that you have passed, and no view of the things ahead of you.
Picture a black circle in the direct line of view, and in red tinge around the circle all the objects, stars, etc… in view that you have already passed.
Nothing ahead of you can be seen, only what you are or have passed. So if you flash a light ahead of you into that black circle, you will see nothing for the beam of light will not advance out of the flashlight.
But again you at the speed of light would have to be energy, as so the flashlight its self would also be energy, and you could not tell which is you, ship, or flashlight.
