Interesting, but I thought Data 443 was always Jason's baby.
How about this, Jason is looking to bring Classidocs public. Because of time constraints he decides to buy a shell from Alessi. Jason wants the shell to be Data 443 and works out a deal with Alessi to start an alternate LDSR in NC to be merged with the actual LDSR in NV. The alternate LDSR could have a very different share structure than the original. The deal falls through because the shell still has dirt attached; the Chinese shares. So they scrap the merger and transfer the new share structure to the original LDSR in NV.Since Data 443 was not owned by the original LDSR, Jason had to declare the original LDSR share structure and revenues.

That just sounds crazy but in a weird way it could happen.
Or it could just be the tequila.
All in my somewhat impaired opinion.
