Excellent post, impossible to dilute without a transfer agent. The transfer agent is the one who gives the dilutor their shares. Since there are no active notes in play and no way to actively dilute all that leaves is what I suspected and that was deep pockets/MMs shaking the trees on a Friday.

The minuscule amount of DD I’ve done so far shows this to be very impressive, coupled with what is transpiring next week with legalization in Canada and Trump making mention of federal US legalization coming after midterms..

Whoever loaded those cheapies today is going to be very happy next week.
