bottom line is that no mm will agree to sponsor without audited financials. they do not have audited financials they do not have a sponsoring mm.

also, no mm will sponsor a company under sec investigation for fraud. the sec has up to 5 years to bring additional enforcement actions. so unless the sec issues a "no additional action" letter to the company there will be no sponsoring mm. also, finra would not approve a 211 for the very same reason. this company has a long way to go. it will not be weeks and it will not be a few months. guarenteed.
