Pirate...believe me, I know where you are coming from. I have been and still am in a few tickers with scammers that seem to be gone but show up again and again...sad they seem to get away with it but seems they are finally at least attempting to get these guys. You are right in that due to the the horrible past history of this guy, it would be VERY beneficial for the company to file a "resignation of officers" and get his name off of anything involved with the company. I would think that Moore is certainly aware of it and if he is legit...like he seems to be...would "clear the air" before or while he does a r/m or whatever he will do, to have a clean start. imo glta
