Only rookie investors don't understand that the OTCM is used for pumping penny stocks.

They certainly don't vet any financials information - they leave it up to the company to provide the information.

That is why companies file a Form 15 and go dark - so they can put any nonsense in the financials and neophyte investors will believe anything - because they think the OTCM is a exchange or a regulator which isn't true.
