They do own over 80%. There hasn't been a report in 2 years but purportedly the company is generating well over $30m in annual revenue... probably a good bit more I'd think. This stock is seriously undervalued but with so little shares floating, it's not a good trading stock at this point. I have a few shares and and hoping for an acquisition that will manifest in a stock buyout.
