It's all very confusing in the filings, but according to them Alessi created Data 443 and designated shares I guess:


"Under Mr. Alessi’s control, Mr. Alessi sought to effect a merger transaction (the “Merger”) under which Landstar would be merged into Data443 Risk Mitigation, Inc. (“Data443”). Data443 was formed as a North Carolina corporation on July 12, 2017, under the name LandStar, Inc. Mr. Alessi was the sole shareholder of the North Carolina Corporation. The name of the North Carolina Corporation was changed to Data443 on December 18, 2017.

In or around November 2017, the current sole director and officer, Jason Remillard (“Mr. Remillard”), acquired the Series A shares from Mr. Alessi, resulting in another change in control for Landstar. Mr. Remillard was appointed as the sole director and sole officer of Landstar. Initially, Mr. Remillard sought to recognize the Merger initiated by Mr. Alessi and respect the results of the Merger. Landstar relied upon documents previously prepared and proceeded as if the Merger had been effectuated."
