No, the worst OTCM investors that still believe the Hanks Tall Tale of building a refinery - that is too funny.

As Hanks adds more toxic financing - those that believe there is going to be a refinery built have watched their investment disappear.

Sorry there isn't going to be any financing for a refinery - but you do have a reverse split to look forward to - that should destroy the rest of your investment.
