I followed up a bit on the Medicare billing through CMS - been meaning to post this for a while. I work for Sutter Health (can't remember who else works for a hospital on this board). This is an extremely difficult and lengthy process to go through, let alone to gain approval.

I work for Kaiser Permanente - and I cannot agree more on how insanely rigorous this process is. I was honestly shocked (I'm not sure how long Arrayit has been working towards this goal) at how they have gotten their CLIA lab certified by both CMS and CDPH. It's very very impressive - along with their successful proficiency testing with the CAP (college of American Pathologists)
