LOL!!! Lawyering at it's best (or worst, depending on your perspective). So... if hundreds of companies have the standard disclaimer (which they do), and if "AutoEich" finds just ONE that doesn't, he's right.... right??? The key word is "all"

NO! He's wrong! The point "Eich" was making is that the standard 10K boilerplate shows that PSTI is .... somehow... telling us something negative! That implication is total BS, that's what hopester's, PLS-11's and my examples prove.
