Cheers! To those shares now being in STRONG HANDS!!! seems to me that strong hand still in full control based on volume alone. Once they are locked away in strong hands then scratch them off the float. Our day will come. TOGETHER WE RISE AND DIVIDED WE FALL. Operation lock the float make look different from the outside, but on the inside it remains in full effect.
