I talked to etrade today, they were notified and have till the 28th to make the their books whole on who is a share holder... so realistically they have time to play with this to get all short positions covered in the next two weeks... they did not seem confident that they understood how it was going to happen but the corporate actions team at etrade did say they were aware of it... not sure what to think other than hope its not all smoke and mirrors.....
