My brokerage, Merrill Lynch, has banned the purchase and sale of penny stocks, including AMMX. So not only can I not buy more AMMX, it will also be very difficult to sell.

Time to find a new brokerage. Any good ones out there. Heard E Trade or Schwab might need Ok.
