Amazon has the worst return policy for the seller. Amazon will accept and authorize buyer's request for return. Amazon set the automatic return authorization in a seller account. Buyer wanted to return a book because she found a cheaper book. I refused the return, but AMAZON FORCED THE SELLER TO ACCEPT RETURN. SELLER HAS NO RECOURSE. AMAZON TOOK AWAY LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SELLER. SELLERS HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RECOURSE TO CHALLENGE ANY DISPUTE WITH BUYERS. BUYERS ON AMAZON ARE WINNERS, AND SELLERS ON AMAZON ARE LOSERS. AMAZON IS GETTING TERRIBLE FOR SELLER TO SELL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING AMAZON TO SELL. AMAZON TOOK MY MONEY TO GIVE IT TO BUYER SHE FOUND A CHEAPER BOOK. TERRIBLE SERVICE
