Data443 was an outsider back in December, data443 was brought into the LDSR shell in July 2018. So it's not a "buyback" it's a "buy"

Tell me Dr Penny, does an outside private company need to announce that they are buying shares retail? Is that illegal? Or is it absolutely "false" and not possible?"
