It was posted here on this board by Kevin, using Greenshift's own message board ID. Kevin even explains why there haven't been any SEC filings since the thired quarter of 2016, as shown on on this page of the Greenshift website.

There's more information on a privately-run website. The anonymous website manager calls himself Skunk. Don't ask me why, because his information is documented and up-to-date. He even has information that other people here can't find the source of until he shows it to them.
