I still dont get why people would pay several times more for something that they already have, and then be unable to sell it for years?

Another thing: what will happen to the loans that Siaf has today (the ones secured by the fantastic "collateral shares"). Will Siaf have to repay it with money from Triway? Or will those loans cause further dilution?
