How dooes one buy at that price? The spread here confuses me.

I'll leave an order open all day. Doubt it gets filled.

And buy/sell shares for such small amounts of money doesn't make sense to me. Broker fees exceed a lot of the trades here recently.

I have so much to learn about trading in the pink sheets and investing in/following this company is actually an invauable lesson. Even if they do dissolve and PPS flounders to .0001 no bid... so what? I've learned from the experience. And made 5x my losses here on successful plays ;) Can't win 'em all I guess. If I need a tax loss this year this is a winner LOL.
