Pretty Sad really.
Major Fails in Regulatory, Broker, Company and Justification.

If this had happened on any major market all would be on to other things. But these OTC markets are a joke. Nothing more then a license to steal and no one who should gives a shit.
Even Scams happening after the fact are overlooked.
