Not sure I understand the first part of your post.
To be clear, I still think it's a longshot TMPS is awarded an A2A refueling on their first RFP. I think they need to walk before they run with this...If we knew the planes were ready to go and had some updates on them I may think differently. However, to BillJay and Whizknock's points I think it is favorable, for now, to see Omega not getting the A2A refueling Navy contract outright and rather see them get a 6 month extension instead...something prohibited the Navy awarding it all to Omega at this time.
Also, for what it is worth, I find my friend's comments interesting.
