If TRW can get financing then I think we all prefer cash


I would prefer TRW to repay the "fresh" AR so that SIAF can pay of the loans without more dilution...

This is something that Solomon should have been focusing on ever since (well, before) they declared the cash dividend policy. If they have changed their minds here - without alternative financing that is - then that would be Solomon's largest fault so far.
