Our Vegas footprint may be small at the moment, but when the 65,000 sf building is complete...that will make Vegas our biggest operating cultivation site (75,000 sf)..at least until the full 100,000 sf in Canada gets complete. The expected completion of the 65,000 sf was supposed to be early 2019. That building is forecast to have $50 million in revenue. That kind of revenue can contribute seriously to expansion plans.

I do like the people on the Management Advisorary Board. That is a lot of brainpower and experience added to the team. Two of them having doctors degrees. All of them innovators and leaders in their fields.

Good you got more shares too. Good too see we're not in the lows teens heading south anymore too. Patience...is paying off. You got enough invested there to get rich. When we hit $2-3.00 a share we're at 10 bagger. I have sell orders in at $3 and $10 and $20...I can wait. They will get filled....when? I can't put a date on...but I will be rich too. By the end of 2019 I expect all of those sell orders will get filled. $20 is less than half of Canopys current price...and revenue of $100 million. If MRPHF gets close to that...$20 would be a bargain...and a 100 bagger. If Canopy can be $50 at $100 million...Its believable MRPHF should be at least $20 at $100 million.

I'm in to the hilt...this is Vegas...not the backwoods of Northern Canada. Vegas is a prime market and 2/3rds of our footprint will be there.

I wonder if Canopy has approached MRPHF? It seems almost certain that they would have. Canopy has 4 billion in the bank and said they are actively looking for US companies. Vegas would be a target market for them. That doesn't mean MRPHF is doing anything with them or wants a deal they may propose. Canopy is not the only company looking to get into the Vegas cannabis market...but they do have fat pockets and a desire for US expansion. This is all speculation on my part and MRPHF may want to go it alone with our own revenues for expansion.

I'm sure there is no shortage of companies at least wanting to talk to MRPHF. That would imply that MRPHF has plenty of options......I'll wait.
