Exactly! So far it seems that Solomon has sacrificed SIAF-shareholders in favor of TRW. Also it should be difficult for Solomon to dilute the crap out of TRW like he has with SIAF, so the shares are a lot more safe when you have them directly than through SIAF.

I do hope we get the ex date for the cash-dividend soon, as well as proof of positive cash-flow, if not then the PPS might really dive post distribution when all fed-up longs are leaving...
