Its possible, especially with otcworkouts tweeting a couple weeks back about the restructuring being done through them and we have yet to see the actual gains from that as there was no official pr from The Boss Man. Maybe they want it low for now to gobble up the cheapies before the official notification. And dont forget how weird it is to have a proxy vote next week on a penny stock....hmmmm, much bigger picture here IMO.
