We need to know wether it is 36,6 million shares or 18 million shares after the dividend

What we need to know is that SIAF has the necessary cash-flow to service both the cash dividend(s) and the debt repayment, i.e that there will be no more dilution.

If SIAF were to state that TRW has converted other debt into those 18.3M - and that SIAF will retain the 36.6% even after the distribution - without showing us that they have the needed cash-flow, the PPS might tank... We've seen 100% dilution already because of the lack of cash-flow, and SIAF does have a lot more of debt to service coming up, so even if SIAF were to double it's stake in TRW, then we might end up being diluted way more... (not to mention that it will give fuel to the lies being spread about SIAF on the internet)
