I am wondering if you can share any info about the two other startup companies that you are a part of.......


[Milton] Sure. WorkJoy is basically a b2b consulting company. My task was to get the backend systems up and running to support
the consulting engagements. We used off-the-shelf apps and all the technology is is place, and has been for over 8 months.

I do not spend any time doing WorkJoy work these days, other than an occasional call from the CEO for technology advice.
The WorkJoy CEO and I speak once every other Saturday for about 15 minutes although we’ve skipped the last 3 meetings.

For the CEO Advisory Council, this is a small company that I started. The company focuses 100% on IT staffing now and we
only have 1 consultant deployed today. (I stopped focusing on the company once I started working at CipherLoc.) I have
an individual who runs the day-to-day activities, which is not much. I spend about 1 hour a month getting an update.

Summary: I spend about 30 minutes a month on WorkJoy and an hour per month on the CEO Advisory Council (only during weekend hours).
I will be stepping down from my officer role at WorkJoy and moving into a consultant oversight role at the CEO Advisory Council
in December 2018.
