XALL is a empty shell that has been pumped many times - anytime a CEO is complicit in a 3(a)(10)exemption scam - run as it is a dilution scheme aimed at taking noobie investors lunch money.

Don't be taken in by a OTCM share selling scheme - getting married to companies like XALL is a very poor investment strategy.
