You calm down DUDE! I run my own business with 100% ratings so don't preach to me. Actually I don't want to calm down, that's why I am successful. I expect the same service as I provide for my customers. I did not call them, I shouldn't have to and wont. I will just cancel it with paypal. Trust me, if I tell paypal I want my money back from something they don't even question it, seconds later the reverse the funds and tell me the voted in my favor. I have only had to do it once this year and now probable twice.

Who prints a shipping label then doesn't take it to the post office?
