Correct, we owe nothing to benchmark. Technically, Mars never told us there would be a loan from benchmark, just that benchmark reached out to them saying that they wanted to invest in them and that there was a potential offering up to 10 million dollars. A few of us suspect that this million share bidder at 0.0701 could in fact be benchmark purchasing shares "investing" in progressive care inc.

Just speculation.
