The REII custodianship petition is very different.

The custodianship hearing wasn't vacated. It was a status check hearing that was scheduled after the custodianship petition was granted that was vacated. It was vacated by the courts because the case was being reassigned to a new judge.

The big difference is that the REII case remained open and is still open as of today.

The next status report hearing for that one is scheduled for 2/26/19.

With SRDP the custodianship hearing was vacated and the case closed. No custodianship petition hearing took place and with the case now closed it will not be moving forward.
