SC, Wow, there's all kinds of nasty stuff lurking out there. Lyme is the big one around here. My mom, sister, and nephew all had it. Guess it doesn't pay to go out in the woods these days. I do a 2 mile walk at a local state park, but stay on the paved trail and walk fast enough so that the bugs can't keep up, lol.
Btw, any new stock ideas you are following? I've been tracking the cannabis sector, loosely. My dad's full service broker has a few of his clients in several of the pot stocks that trade on the US exchanges (CGC, CRON, TLRY), but I'm just watching from the sidelines. It's become a legitimate sector, but is fraught with high valuations as well as legal hurdles in the US. In Canada they will legalize recreational use next week (Oct 17).
I must admit to being less than enthused about the prospects of legalization, considering the huge drug (opioid) problem we already have here in the US. Years ago I thought it would be a good idea, since the Feds/DEA were using the 'drug war' as an excuse to shred the US Constitution. But now as legalization approaches, I feel increasingly queasy about the prospects since the flip side is that the NWO ghouls undoubtedly want the population as stoned/stupid and distracted as possible.
It's interesting that the 1960s drug counterculture was actually covertly fostered by the CIA, and they supplied much of the LSD, which they had originally been testing as a behavioral modification agent for the MK Ultra program. The CIA ran extensive tests at Stanford, UCLA, and Harvard, and it eventually grew into a deliberate program to turn a whole generation of kids in stoners. This hypothesis sounds pretty 'out there', but the motivation is clear when you see the backround info -
