Manufacturing facility????? Why do you think that. ABVG is a holding company, VTCo being one of it's wholly owned subsidiaries.Village Tea Company Distribution Inc. sources, blends, packages, and distributes loose leaf teas and tea accessories but now it looks as though that has gone to the wall as products no longer available.Don't think they have a manufacturing facility.No evidence of any such facility in the filings.
