LDSR Market Maker Info....

Plug in LDSR as the ticker symbol and viola..... These figures were taken off the site and consolidated in my figures.

I did a study and went back to when the shell first started trading in June of 2017. I'll leave the figures to speak for themselves. But it sheds a picture of why NITE and CSTI have been our tormentors for several months. I will also share a theory I have, all in my opinion but I wanted to present it none the less.

A few things to note, the only players in the first 3 months (June 17- Aug 17) were: Nite and CSTI

NITE's total traded during that time frame was 786,347,906 shares.
CSTI's total traded during that time frame was 193,543,831 shares.

Total 979,891,737

During that time frame, this stock was deep deep subs. Like .0001 range.

Everyone seeing the deeper picture now? NITE and CSTI have shares.

Another thing I wanted to point out is Nite's percentage volume has steadily upticked since end of June 2018. Anyone here know what happened in July of 2018? Yup, Jason brought Data 443 into the fold and the sign that the shell was safe was put into play. Purely speculation on my part, but I couldn't help but think, what if Jason wanted to buy shares with LDSR money? He couldn't do that with blank revenue... but what if Data 443 was the magic bullet that brought the revs over and future funding? Could Jason do corporate buybacks? And who would he broker that deal with? Nite? Uptick in % of action is an interesting point indeed. Listen, Nite right now is the boogie man for this stock, but if Jason was in fact looking to buy a lot of shares, he would like to do that at lower share levels. I'm not 100% on the rules he has for buying back shares, but a lot of the transactions I see are Nite vs Nite on level 2. HMMM.

How would that work? Jason is Nite on the bid and the market maker Nite is on the other side, working to sell into Jason's bid and keep the price orderly.

Also back on July 24th, Jason posted a picture of the New York Skyline from wherever he was staying. Looking around on a map, it was discovered that Nite's head quarters was down the block from where he was... The title was "Very busy couple of days coming up! Glad the humidity dropped?".... and the plot thickens.....

Anyways, purely speculation on my part, I expect some of you to possibly disagree with me on this, but I could also be right in my speculation and we could be seeing a corporate buyback in the making. It's fun to speculate, because if he is indeed buying back shares to retire or use for acquisitions then that would make our CEO a very smart man indeed.

Good luck LDSR Longs!!
