"Well the “bout” of dilution has been twenty years in the making for old Qsep and that train ain’t ending anytime soon. "

Yeah and as time passes it keeps getting worked off. Not ideal, but far from the BS doomsday scenario you put forth. The point here is that over such a long stretch of time the dilution has been minimal (250M shares is nothing), and what minimal dilution there is has been worked off over time (people have already sold), and is generally free from heavy overhead supply. It's clearly seen by how the stock trades. That's a positive for shareholders.

And as for it ending, it never ends for most companies, and that's a fact. Making it sound like issuing shares and fund raising is a four letter word is completely bogus and misleading. The entire business world is largely based on it. All companies do it. The difference is that other companies (only some) have revs and hardly any companies on the OTC have revs for that matter. The point here is that QSEP doesn't do anything different from 99% of any other companies on or off the OTC. Painting some apocalyptic scenario from it is false and misleading. It's not gonna happen. It could potentially happen from other fundamental things, but not from whatever dilution has been seen.

This stock trades so clean compared to 99% of the other stuff I see thanks to the minimal dilution that I have been talking about. It's so obvious when you know what to look for. If QSEP gets any good news the stock will fly north easily.
