PTE.V/PTEFF - If the management aren't worthless liars this might be a great time to buy. The stock has been CRUSHED as revenue has dropped off a cliff. Management claims this is due to the transition from a direct to consumer model to a distributor model. The past two quarters have been atrocious and the sales cycle for closing deals is apparently a lengthy one.

I like the fact that they have at least one insurer willing to give discounts on for customers w/ PTE equipment installed. Management says their sales pipeline is deep.

All of that said management should be buying shares hand over foot here if what they claim is in fact the case. Obviously margins are going to take a big hit with a distributor model b/c of the introduction of a middleman. The company was marginally profitable before so they'd need a really substantial increase in revenue to make up for the margin % loss. If revenue does come back I think the stock will have some big moves. They have $6M in cash/investments so I believe they do have the ability to finance components for at least one big revenue quarter if it comes roaring back.
