Tim, the army vet/stock newbie, always got the best investment advice from his "pals" on IHUB.... advice about penny stocks or "hot" Chinese plays.

A few times I suggested that he should go into sensible index funds (like I've owned for decades).

Tim is likely now reasonably content with his overpriced Edward Jones brokers who will charge him an arm/leg to put his money in ... sensible index funds, or investments that amount to sensible index funds.
