.....HOPE HOLDING FULLY this drawn out time delay in the A/CT/10 re: ITR will have positive results..........TOTAL WASTE OF TIME...............

......HOWEVER, this 'clarification' which benefits the FDIC might pay off for uwbi cusip rats......................assuming that the FDIC "took care of us"..........................and we are playing the game WITH THE DEVIL.................dangerous.......................

......but no mandate means NO CLOSURE...............and many, many bad outcomes have happened at the last step of a court proceeding......for example, the CT could go back to itemize the ITR and determine that the FDIC gets nothing and ultimately LOSES THE CASE........seriously.........

.....even our Sunday a.m. attorney is watching this........he's a grizzled 70-year old hebe who's seen it all and doesn't like our cases, or me, but this haynes' trick after the ruling is a 1st for our attorney......and any case at the U.S. Appeals CT is serious biz.....even uwbi..........he says our cases are an "inside job" meaning the BK and ITR are settled but there are peripheral circumstances (FC wanting 5 years on the DTA and the FDIC wanting the ITR case law precedent) which are stringing out the closures................................all good in the end..........
