That's a good question.
Garrett probably doesn't have any money left after the $4.6M loan. Or, he is too close to the fire. Or, he feels it doesn't benefit anyone if he buys even more shares. Or, he is fed up like the rest of us.
ECAB, not sure. Could be restricted.
Dan, who knows. Could still be restricted. The difference between him and Nisse is that Dan is an executive director, and Nisse an independent director. Which means, I think, that Dan perhaps knows more than Nisse and could be restricted. Or, he is a fool. Or, he has been affected by sentiment. Or, he will or already has received a bunch of shares from the company.
Which leaves... Nisse, but he already bought a few more.
We just don't get lucky around here it seems. We could still have a situation where some party acquires a lot of shares, FAST, in a short amount of time, at some point. Perhaps after the record date. Perhaps even one day before the ex-date. You can still buy up to 2M shares in a day without moving the share price more than 35% or so.
Perhaps people are waiting to see if there is more dumpage. Perhaps they are accumulating slowly, for now, as to not move the share price much. But they have to be on board in a few weeks. And remember, Nov 14 seems to be the key date. Not Oct 31 (the record date).
