...i am in INMG also today, i see almost no convertible debt on their latest Q: (see last page, page 12....then compare this tiny section about converts, which looks like they are all paid off, with any other stock on any market and their latest Q : often we see many paragraphs or even pages of convertibles):

...i bought 3 mil today looking to buy the penny break and lock those shares up too if and when that happens. But seems like all the above are the perfect things we want in a subpenny stock. If not in take another look as you like me probably heard it shouted here and there for so long you now ignore it...but looking closely at it could really get your attention like it did to me when i just re-looked at it. Anyways....almost no converts or none, and a 170 mil float and 460 mil AS, with new mgt. that knows how to grow a major business, and that in the hottest sector in the world all three: mj, hemp and CBD. IF this can break a penny it could finally signal that The Move is finally on after a year or longer of waiting....lets see!
