Ha, certainly any stock can be short, however the implication that someone shorted a .0001 stock because it is going lower is in faCT false. Second thing it is not NSS either because obviously it is marked SHORT.NSS is a balance issue at the DTCC in which someone did not borrow and intentionally went short on a stock resulting in a Fails to Deliver. Although an FTD can be caused by several different causes, it is never due to NSS on a triple zero stock.

Short interest here is a few bucks, it is not due to someone going short against the stock. Someone is shorting against a certificate and leaving a difference balance that the TA will issue to close the remainder. Quite common during dilution, which clearly has happened here.
